Even when I modify all of the sliders in PROJECT settings and save them, no changes are applied to the video. It's as if the PROJECT settings are not really being saved or applied to the project. I would clear the markers and re-run the job in the render queue which reset the IN/OUT markers. After Clearing the IN/OUT markers, make sure to delete any jobs in the render queue and re-add them.
